Sculpture

Nigel Watson has spent his life working as an artist in many different media, from illustration in fine pen and ink drawings to woodcarving and turning. Since 1992 he has worked in stone, producing powerful figures and many ‘heads’. He was awarded a bursary to travel to Greece and work with marble . He works using the direct carving method, without power tools. His work is mainly in private collections here and abroad,
